Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS & Kubernetes)

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a modern, cloud-native platform running on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), driving reliability, performance, and efficiency across multiple environments and regions.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

• Design and optimise scalable AWS infrastructure

• Manage and evolve Kubernetes clusters (EKS)

• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Drive GitOps workflows with ArgoCD

• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch

• Strengthen security, compliance, and cloud governance

• Optimise cloud spend through FinOps best practices

• Lead incident response and improve system resilience

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering

• Strong AWS expertise (EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, etc.)

• Proven experience running production Kubernetes environments

• Hands-on with Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC)

• CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions preferred)

• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting

• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with Karpenter, KEDA, ArgoCD (GitOps)

• Exposure to multi-region or regulated environments

• Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost optimisation

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures
